Nature of work- Handling and applications of various instruments such as NMR, GC-MS, HPLC, LC-MS and GC in Support to Drug Intermediates Synthesis.

Dissertation: -

Duration-Four months (during January to April 2003)

 At CDRI (Central Drug Research Institute)-Lucknow India

Emphasized in the area of Instrumentation and applications of Mass Spectrometer (MALDI TOF, FAB-MASS, LCMS/MS) U.V, I.R, and N.M.R spectroscopy, Flow Cytometery, H.P.L.C and G.C, Headed by Dr.K.P.Madhusudanan (Head RSIC- CDRI- Lucknow-India).

Summer Training: -

Three months project training in Division of Molecular and Structural Biology at “Central Drug Research Institute Lucknow-India during June to August 2002

Emphasized in the area of "X-Ray Crystallography and Structure Based Drug Designing."

*Protein and Small Peptide Purification by HPLC

*About two year experience of handling, applications & data interpretation of various analytical instruments such as ESI-MS/MS,MALDI,Circular Dichromism,DSC & HPLC for Routine Analytical and Bio-Analytical studies.

* X -Ray Crystallographic structure determination of organic compounds

*Biotechnological (Molecular & Structural Biology) tools and techniques.

Computational skills: -

*Windows based NMR softwares

*Biotechnological software’s and sequence alignment tools -Blast, Fasta, Embl, etc.

*Protein study software’s - PDB,Swissprot

*Visualization Softwares like- Chime,RasMol,G-Openmol,MOL-MOL

* Software’s in Structural Organic chemistry -ChemDraw.ISIS Draw,ACD Labs etc.

*Six months “Certificate in Computer Applications”
